Tuna Cakes with Creamy Egg Sauce

Three golden-brown tuna cakes on a plate, topped with creamy yellow sauce and microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh bread crumbs (4 slices bread)
  • 2 can tuna (6 1/2-oz cans, drained and very finely flaked)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Mix bread crumbs, tuna, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Sauté patties in oil in large skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with Creamy Egg Sauce.
