Tasty Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 cup zucchini (sliced)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- unknown salt (to taste)
- unknown pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 package herb-seasoned stuffing mix (8-oz)
Yield: 1 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Instructions
Cook zucchini and onions together over low heat 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients together. Add zucchini and onions. Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
