Spinach Pie

Baked spinach pie with golden crust, sliced, garnished with fresh spinach leaves.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes

Instructions

Mix eggs, flour, and salt. Add cheeses. Mix well and add spinach. Bake in a buttered pie plate at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, until brown.
