Sausage Casserole

Baked sausage casserole in a dish, topped with melted cheese and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 package seashell macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1 pound sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 3 eggs (lightly beaten)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cooked macaroni, cooked sausage, soup, milk and 1 cup Cheddar cheese; pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan greased with cooking spray. Pour eggs over mixture but do not stir. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
