Pico de Gallo

Diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a white bowl. Fresh pico de gallo.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 small red onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper (finely chopped)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, or to taste (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and use within 2 days. Makes 3 cups.
