Toasted bread slices topped with melted cheese and chopped parsley on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 load rye party bread
  • Swiss cheese
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Mix together mayonnaise, onion and parsley. Spread on sliced party rye and add layer of Swiss cheese to each slice. Heat at 350° until cheese melts. Serve hot and enjoy.
