Ice Cream Cake

Layered ice cream cake with a slice cut, topped with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake mix
  • 3 different kinds of fruit-flavored ice cream (your choice)
  • 1 package whip cream (ready-made)
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Follow cake directions and make cake. Cut cake into 3 layers and place ice cream in between each layer. Cover top and sides with whip cream. Put in freezer for 30 minutes to cool entire cake. Serve cold.
