Hawaiian Fruit Squares

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • confectioners' sugar
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and eggs. Blend well at low speed. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
