Delicious Beef Brisket

Sliced beef brisket with dark, crispy bark on a white plate, served with a side of red sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's consomme
  • 1 10-oz. bottle soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • garlic
  • beef brisket (5- to 7-pound)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 hours

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients and pour over beef brisket. Cover and bake at 300° for 5 hours.
