Daddy’s Special Chicken

Grilled chicken breasts with grill marks, garnished with lemon and chopped chives on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 dash Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinned)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

Mix first 7 ingredients in a marinating pan. Add chicken; cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Grill 15 to 20 minutes over moderately hot fire, turning several times and basting with marinade with each turn.
