Chicken Manicotti

Baked manicotti pasta filled with chicken, topped with melted cheese, tomato sauce, and basil on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 package tomato pasta sauce (up to 2 jars, depending on how much you like)
  • 14 manicotti shells (uncooked)
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • basil
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken tenders (raw)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Instructions

Spread half of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Fill each uncooked shell with chicken, stuffing each end. Place on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce to cover completely. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 90 minutes, until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with basil.
