Chicken Casserole VI

Chicken casserole on a white plate, topped with melted cheese and a golden-brown, crumbly crust.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 6 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or water)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cup Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese. Mix soup with wine or water until smooth. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake, covered, for 60 to 90 minutes.
