Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Baked broccoli and rice casserole in a white dish, topped with broccoli florets.

Ingredients

  • 2 package broccoli spears (frozen)
  • 3/4 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup margarine (melted)
  • 1 package Cheez Whiz (8-oz jar)
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cup Minute Rice
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Cut up and thaw broccoli spears. Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 325°, uncovered. Can use spinach in place of broccoli.
