Apple Snow

Apple Snow dessert in glass bowl: poached apples in light syrup, topped with powdered sugar and lemon zest.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

Rub applesauce through a sieve. Cook the applesauce with sugar and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Chill and fold into whipped cream. Serve.
