Request for Volunteer Program Presenters

The Upper Arlington Public Library is always looking for people that have special skills, knowledge or talent and who are able to volunteer to share that talent with children by offering a program! Previous volunteers have shared how to play chess, draw manga, and taught various crafts such as knitting.

Holiday season is right around the corner.  The Upper Arlington Public Library has some wonderful new books to entertain the whole family.

Read all about a spruce tree’s journey from growing on a farm to being the most famous tree in America in John Duvall’s The Great Spruce.  Maureen Fergus' The Day Santa Stopped Believing in Harold explores the wonders of belief.  Celebrate the first night of Hanukkah with Annie and her family in Potatoes at Turtle Rock by Susan Schnur.
