Ingredients

egg 1⁄2 c
water 1 lb
ground beef 1 c
cheddar cheese (shredded) 1⁄2 c
bread crumbs 2 t
salt 1 1⁄2 t
chili powder 1 t
bar-b-q sauce 1 T
chili sauceInstructions
Mix all together and make less than 1-inch small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. These are very moist and do not need a sauce.
