Slice bread horizontally into three equal layers, using an electric or a bread knife. Spread first layer with 1 1/2 tablespoons softened butter and top with a layer of ham and Swiss cheese and half of the Thousand Island dressing. Top with second layer of bread that has been spread with 1 1/2 tablespoons of softened butter. Top with turkey, salami, remaining dressing and third layer of bread. Combine melted butter and toasted sesame seed and brush on top and sides of loaf. Place loaf on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice diagonally to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
