Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

1 cn
sauerkraut (rinsed and drained, large can)
1⁄4 c
red onion (chopped)
1⁄4 c
celery (chopped)
1⁄4 c
green pepper (chopped)
1 c
sugar
1⁄2 c
salad oil
1⁄4 c
vinegar

Instructions

Mix in order given and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Can stand a week or more. Good with roast beef or ham.
