Mustard Bean Relish

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1⁄2 c
vinegar
3 T
prepared mustard
1⁄2 t
minced onion
1⁄4 t
salt
1 cn
1-lb. yellow wax beans, drained (or 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen yellow beans, thawed)

Instructions

Combine all but beans, bring to boiling. Add beans and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
