Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 lb
ground beef
3⁄4 c
oats (uncooked)
1⁄4 c
onion (chopped)
1 1⁄2 t
salt
1⁄4 t
pepper
1 c
tomato juice
1
egg (beaten)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firm into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
