Meeting Rooms and Study Spaces
Meeting Rooms
We are pleased to offer well-equipped public meeting rooms for cultural activities and non-profit meetings. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved no more than 8 weeks before your meeting date. All meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Please see our meeting rooms rules for details. Call the Community Relations office at (614) 486-9621, ext. 250 for more information.
- To book a room click on "Reserve Now" below. Reservations are accepted up to 8 weeks in advance. If you need help locating or accessing your meeting room, please check with the Help Desk.
- Please include set-up and clean-up times when scheduling your meeting. All meetings must end 15 minutes before Library closing time.

Planning Ahead
Tremont Room A
This room has 12 chairs, one table that seats 8-10. Maximum occupancy is 14.
Tremont Room B
This space has 25 chairs, ten 2x5 tables that seat 20. Maximum occupancy is 25.
Tremont Friends Theater
This space has 75 chairs in tiered theater seating, no tables. Hearing loop equipped. Maximum occupancy is 75.
Lane Road Room
Seats up to 35 with or without tables. Patrons are responsible for setup of tables and chairs. Maximum occupancy is 35.
Study Spaces
Our study spaces are located in the Adult Services department of the Main Library. These spaces cannot be reserved.

Meeting Rooms Technology
The Tremont Road Friends Theater and Room B are equipped with a retractable screen and projector, in-room PC, Blu-Ray player and HDMI input. Microphones are available in the Friends Theater only, upon request.
Meeting Room C at the Main Library and the Lane Road Library meeting room feature large smart TVs and HDMI connections. You can connect your own laptop using HDMI or cast your screen onto the TV via WePresent software.
