Intro to Meditation

Feeling stressed? Join us at Lane for an intro to meditation class led by an instructor from Yoga on High.

The iRest method teaches you how to live a contented life, free of conflict, anxiety, fear and suffering by opening your mind and body to their inherent ground of health and wholeness.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate or just join for an hour of relaxation. Registration is required and opens on September 4th.
