The Magic of "And"

This discussion will explore the premise that too often when having to make a decision we settle for one option or the other, when instead we could creatively blend the best that each has to offer. Several examples will be provided of thinking more “and”, less “or”. Phil Binkley, author of “The Magic of And” is a retired educator and administrator in central Ohio.
