Any interested Ohio resident may apply for an Upper Arlington Public Library card.
Your library card will give you borrowing privileges at our Main, Lane Road Branch, and Miller Park Branch Libraries. It also provides access to our online databases from the convenience of your home or office.

You will be asked to answer several questions and accept the borrower's agreement. Upon doing so, the final step is to bring a photo ID and proof of current address to the UAPL location of your choice to pick up your card.
Please note that you must be 18 years old to apply for and pick up a library card. If you are 17 or under, a parent or guardian must complete the application and pick up the card. All parties, including adults and children, must be present when picking up the card.
