Trudy Bush and Sharon Kokot will lead a weekly discussion about current news events that is for those non-native English speakers who want to develop their English speaking and reading comprehension skills.

Apps for the Great Outdoors

Come to the library to learn about apps that will help you get outside and explore nature in a whole new way! We’ll show you some great apps for helping to identify plants and bugs, find a new park, or discover a new constellation. Weather permitting, we’ll head outside and demonstrate some of these apps in the park. Bring your own device to test them out for yourselves!

Bicycle Maintenance 101

Learn how to clean and maintain your bike so that your summer adventures don’t end before they’ve even had the chance to start. We will talk about cleaning, basic repairs, and answer questions. If weather permits we will be outside. You do not need to bring your bicycle for this program. Registration is required and begins May 28.
