Two sessions to help you manage email and documents. First we’ll look at how to organize your inbox with Gmail. Then we’ll talk about how to use Google Drive to create and store documents that you can retrieve from any computer.

Summer Astronomy Series

The Summer Astronomy Series returns to Lane this June! Faculty and staff from The Ohio State University’s Department of Astronomy and Physics will be giving presentations on our solar system. Afterwards, there will be hands-on activities and after-hours outdoor stargazing (weather permitting). Perfect for anybody interested in astronomy or just trying to get a closer look at the moon. Open to Adults, Families, and Teens.
June 23 – Dr. Don Terndrup will talk about why we have seasons (the same week as the solstice).
July 28 – Dr. Jordan Hanson will talk about the planets, the New Horizons Pluto mission, and the possibility of finding more planets!
Aug. 11 – Dr. Paul Martini will wrap up the series with a talk on eclipses and the upcoming solar eclipse that will be visible in the US in August, 2017.
